I’ve worked with Luke and Derek previously as a project manager, so when my water softener leaked, I knew exactly who to call. Jim did a great job with the repair, and as always, Metro delivered quality work at a fair price.

Called on Sunday for Monday service and received a call before the other two company’s on Monday morning. Derek was fantastic. Not only fixed our hot water pipe leak but looked at 3 of our other toilets and fixed their issues. Cannot say enough how professional and friendly he was. Highly recommend!!!!! Thank you

Top notch company! Had Metro run a gas line from our basement up into our garage for a new heater. While doing that, had a plumbing issue pop up that was promptly fixed. Then discovered a small leak in the gas line that goes to our dryer — which was also fixed immediately. Very good communication & very professional - would recommend Metro to fix any plumbing needs!

As a new homeowner, I’ve had the good fortune to work with Metro Plumbing several times over the past 18 months. Shortly after moving in, I discovered a few curious plumbing decisions from the previous owners that needed urgent attention. Derek came out promptly and fixed everything quickly and professionally. More recently, I reached back out to Metro Plumbing to upgrade our kitchen sink, replace a toilet, and take care of a few smaller items. Another excellent experience - we talked through options over the phone, Derek came by to measure and confirm installation details, and just a few days later, Taylor arrived and completed all the work perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Metro Plumbing clearly takes pride in their work and is a pleasure to interact with. Great work at a great value - highly recommended!
